Bondi Icebergs Club has a strong tradition of bringing people together, and Icebergs as an organisation is committed to being an active member of the local community by investing time and resources in addressing community needs.
A key pillar of the Club’s strategic plan is to support the community & seeking to make a difference by helping other organisations. Over the years the club has provided numerous donations and support.
The club donated to the NSW Rural Fire Service to help with the bushfires ($5000), Cathy Freeman Foundation, R U ok Foundation and recently to the Bondi Surf Club to help purchase new cowlings for the club.
In 2019 the Club introduced the Bondi Icebergs Grants Programme which will afford not-for-profit organisations the opportunity to secure funding in order to for them to extend their impact in the local community.
